Just how are you guys managing your sleep? My work has gone online and since its a global company I often have to get up in the middle of the night to attend meetings. And then I have to wake my kids up in the morning. I barely get a wink of sleep. These days, the problem is getting worse because I can't even fall asleep!

I understand where you're coming from. The situation that you are describing is the same as my husband's. He has to get up at 3:30 3 days a week and it wakes me up too. And then I have to stay up with him until I can find some sleep again. I was able to find some solution in melatonin so you might want to try that. Melatonin is a drug that is completely safe and it is for the regulation of your sleep cycle. Underline that I know that I will have troubled sleep I pop a pill around an hour or two from bedtime (this website sells it www.vitaminexpress.org/uk/melatonin-supplements). If this doesn't work for you that I think that you should try to work your sleeping time around your office hours. I hope you can find a solution to your problem!
