We use a product called Hydrostop. We buy it by the 5 gallon pail. It's for metal roofs on buildings. You paint it on with a brush and use a fiber cloth in conjunction with it. We repair holes in containers with it. I've never done a whole roof with it however. You can buy it from my friend, Zeno Marshall surpluscontainers.net.
